Presale and Refund Policy

Presale Orders Mona Lisa Eating Pizza is currently available as a presale item. By placing a presale order, you are reserving a copy from our first production run.
- Your card will be charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
- We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled.
- Estimated ship dates are communicated via email and on our website. Dates may shift slightly due to manufacturing or logistics timelines — we'll always keep you informed.
- Presale orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Cancellations You may cancel your presale order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. To cancel, email us at support@MonaLisaEatingPizza.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted, but our return policy applies.
Returns & Exchanges
- Damaged or defective items: Email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Please include a photo of the damage.
- Missing components: Email us and we'll ship the missing items as quickly as possible.
- Wrong item received: We'll make it right immediately.
- General returns: We accept returns of unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
