Presale Orders

Mona Lisa Eating Pizza is currently available as a presale item. By placing a presale order, you are reserving a copy from our first production run.

  • Your card will be charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
  • We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled.
  • Estimated ship dates are communicated via email and on our website. Dates may shift slightly due to manufacturing or logistics timelines — we'll always keep you informed.
  • Presale orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Cancellations

You may cancel your presale order for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. To cancel, reach out through the Contact page at MonaLisaEatingPizza.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted, but our return policy applies.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Please include a photo of the damage.
  • Missing components: Contact us and we'll ship the missing items as quickly as possible.
  • Wrong item received: We'll make it right immediately.
  • General returns: We accept returns of unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
